Although I can’t really review the actual product at this time as I have just received it a few hours ago, I would like to commend the people in the Axel Glade Support staff for the patience and responsiveness they have provided to me over the last several weeks, especially to a person I will refer to as E.C. After several attempts to purchase the device and having issues with a working address for shipping overseas to Saudi Arabia - E.C. and I found success! Over those weeks all my emails to the Axel Glade Support staff were always answered within 24 hours (usually much less) and help and suggestions were given to complete this purchase. I wish other company’s could look at the professionalism of this staff and could copy it for themselves. I am looking forward to using their product and I am confident if there are any issues I could contact their support staff and receive any help I need. Thank you Axel Glade (and E.C.)
Well... I have never had customer service like this. I wrote to the help desk that I wanted to purchase the rectangular head ear picks and was wondering if the ear picks in the site were the round head or rectangular. Ellen in Axel Glade’s customer service reached out and said they unfortunately weren’t for sale but proceeded to ask how many I needed and sent them to me as a special order for free. I am floored by this customer service! Big thank you to Ellen and Axel Glade! I already loved the product but now I can attest the customer service is A+ as well!

I had an issue with shipping that could very easily be on the USPS side. They were responsive and are working to fix it even though they probably didn't even cause the problem. Very pleased with the response.

Great and fast service. I orded 2 by accident and they were able to help me very quickly and with no stress! I haven't received the product yet because I just ordered it but I'm sure it will be great as well!
Accidentally double purchased two Axel Glades. Customer relations was quick to give me the info via email needed to return and receive a refund on one of the products.
I ordered another brand of the same product & paid half the price of the Axel Glade. I ended up returning that one. I was being cheap & didn't really want to pay $100 for a ear cleaning gadget. After reading many reviews & watching many YouTube videos. I broke down & bought the Glade. OMG...what a difference in the Glade vs the other brand that I initially purchased. The camera is amazing!!! You also get a lot of different tools to use with the Glade. With the discount & sale price I paid $94 & it's worth every penny. If you're debating. Debate no longer...BUY it! Their customer service is awesome too!! Great product & great customer service. You can't get any better than that!!
I had a query about Spade and I have received incredibly good customer service! Any potential customer can remain to rest assured that the company will do everything to make sure the customer has the best experience! That includes quick communication and sometimes going over and above to customer asks.
I purchased the SPADE from Axel Glade last week, and the product wasn't for me - nothing wrong with it, it's a good idea but I have a preexisting ear condition which meant the SPADE wasn't suitable.
I contacted customer support and spoke with Ellen who was very professional and sorted out a return the same day. Their automated system didn't send the return label through so I emailed Ellen again and she sorted it straight away. Product refunded in full as they promised with no hassle.
If they ever bring out any more products I'll be sure to give them a go, safe in the knowledge that I can send the product back should I have any issues.
Customer service sucks. Tried the device and did not like. They advertise a 60 day no questions asked free return policy and they provide the return shipping label. Have asked for this return label multiple times and they refuse to respond. Guess will have to dispute with AMX.
I bought a new Spade in January this year (2021). It worked well out of the box, but after a few weeks of use the camera image became very blurry and washed out (too bright). I contacted Axel Glade and the Founder-CEO Mehul immediately replied, stating that he'd send me a new Spade right away. This is standing by one's product, and swift customer-centric service. I'm glad I bought from Axel Glade!
Quick response. No arguments with my claim (some companies want videos and pictures and question the facts that I'm providind). I also expected to wait a few days but that wasn't the case. I put in my request late last night and woke up to a resolution!
I decided that I wanted to return my order and the customer service team was really helpful specially Ellen Cellan. After careful rethinking I changed my mind and decided that I would keep my order and that I would make good use of it.
